I had another service for 6 months with no progress on rodents in my attic. Noises every night and the smell just got worse. The other continued to blame and bill me each service. I heard Andrew had his own company and I'm glad to have him service me again! He found multiple entry points the previous company missed and actually caught rats. He updated me with HD pictures and I'm now using my attic as storage. Thanks Andrew!
